Meet our Board Chair
Ken Cudmore, Founder and Chairman of the Board
Ken Cudmore, BSc, MBA, CPA, CA, founded Copoint (formerly TSGI Corporation) and is the Chairman of the Board. With decades of business leadership, accounting and tax expertise, and a background in computer science, Ken brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his leadership of Copoint's Board. In his spare time, Ken spends time with his family (and new grandchildren!) in Calgary and extended family in Nova Scotia and PEI. He is a passionate baker and impressionist painter.

Our History
Copoint (formerly TSGI Corporation) was founded as a Chartered Accountancy practice by Ken Cudmore in 1983. After years of success with the SR&ED program, Copoint divested its general accounting practice in 2000, and dedicated itself to helping clients prepare and defend SR&ED applications that support their continued investment in innovation.
